Bucket elevators are used for vertical transport of medium up to very
fine grain and non-separated powder materials. They can be equipped
either with rubber or plastic carrying belt or chains. The elevators
buckets are selected according to the conditions of the operation and
customer requirements (steel, steel-heavy design, with hardfacing overlays,
stainless, plastic).
Cell feeders are used for feeding and dosing grain and
powder materials in cases where it is necessary to separate under pressure
connected facilities or to make the flaw of material even. Cell feeders
with the electronically controlled drive are also used for the regulation
of the quantity of the fed material.
Bulk conveyors for the transport of piece and grain materials
can be used in the horizontal or inclined arrangement. Apart from the
standard make we deliver also bulk conveyors for special applications,
for example for carrying grain materials from the water bath.
Worm feeders are determined for feeding and dosing powder and small
grain materials. Their robust design guarantees long flawless operation.
They can be equipped with screws, made of materials of various quality,
or with screws with hardfacing overlays.
Worm conveyors are determined for the transport of powdery and grain materials. The variety of their design allows to deliver these conveyors with a wide range of output and length. Worm conveyors are made of materials and components that enable to reach high operation reliability and long service life. |
